    Warm Welcome and Customer Service

We were welcomed with cool towels, drinks (*champagne flutes clinging), and a brief tour of the beautiful resort before our check-in process began, talk about the perfect way to begin a vacay! From the moment we arrived till the time we checked out, the service was top-notch. From the attention to detail (every restaurant knew of my vegan (veganõ) preference, to the personal concierge who was available round the clock and staff available all around the resort to assist, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The best reason Meliá Punta Cana Beach is a must-see is that it is a beautiful beach-front property. The views were breathtaking. The ocean view that could only be perfectly described through video. There were cabanas, huts, beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. • Top Things to Do in Vegas

Top Things to Do in Vegas

Looking for the Top things to do in Vegas? Check out this list of the TOP things to do in Las Vegas.

    The Fountains of Bellagio

Once the music begins at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino fountains water starts shooting into the air, all the noise and commotion on the Las Vegas strip fades away. More than 1,000 water fountains are positioned within Lake Bellagio, and each of them “dances” in step with the song (be it a pop, Broadway, classical, or rock music hit). The famous fountains come from the same designers that created the Dubai Fountain, the largest performing fountain in the world. The Fountains of Bellagio is so romantic and fun to watch any time of year.

    Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is a beautiful airy central conservatory, which opens up right as you enter Bellagio. It was inspired by the verdigris framework of Art Nouveau conservatories of Paris. You can see the changing seasons in all their glory as the garden transforms five times per year with fresh flowers; towering animatronic butterflies and birds; burbling fountains and bobbing lanterns. Each of its seasonal “theatrical presentations” of the elements is totally new. I was absolutely blown away at the magnificent garden.

    The High Roller

The High Roller is the highest observation wheel in the world. You’ll simply board your glass-domed pod and rise on a slow revolution some 550 feet above The Strip. This being Vegas, there’s a bar before you get on and another one inside, if you book an open-bar experience. You can book the S.T.E.M. family field trip guide, which teaches you—and the kids—about its architectural design and technology if you’re on a family trip. No matter what kind of ride you book, you’ll be treated to 360-degree views of one of the world’s most dramatic landscapes that are amazing.

    Freemont Street Experience

The Fremont Street Experience is a pedestrian mall and attraction in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The Freemont Street Experience occupies the westernmost five blocks of Fremont Street. When the light and sound shows are not being presented, music is played throughout the mall. Nightly free entertainment is also provided, on three stages throughout the mall. The venue has become a major tourist attraction for downtown Las Vegas, and is also the location of the SlotZilla zip line attraction. The SlotZilla zip line was the most exhilarating attraction that I visited while in Las Vegas.

    Seven Magic Mountains

Seven Magic Mountains is a massive, 30-foot-high neon-painted limestone totems cut an incredible picture against the desert. The artwork looks like neon ice cream cones rising from the desert floor, but no, it’s not part of the Neon Museum. This is an awe-inspiring installation, for sure, but in an otherworldly way. The most dedicated fans of the landmark these days are Instagram influencers, but it will appeal to anyone who has a thing for nice photos. If nothing else, it is a peaceful adventure beyond the Strip.

  • Best Way to Travel to Jamaica on a Budget

Best Way to Travel to Jamaica on a Budget

Want to know how to travel to Jamaica on a budget? Check out this tips and hacks for your debt-free Jamaican vacation.

Jamaica was always on my list of places to visit. The photos I’ve seen of Jamaica were so beautiful. Like its Caribbean neighbors, Jamaica is known for its turquoise water, its pure white sand and its tropical weather. It is an island paradise, where sun-seekers and beach-goers flock in winter months to escape the colder weather. Jamaica is a place of picture-perfect dreams. It is a land where palms trees sway to the beat of Afro-Caribbean music and aromas of fragrant spices fill the air.

Plan your Trip During Winter Months

Jamaica is a popular honeymoon destination that has marketed itself as an all-inclusive getaway. Despite the promotion of luxury travel in Jamaica, the tropical island has all the key ingredients of a budget travel destination. During my 5-day/4-night vacation to Montego Bay, I found that traveling to Jamaica on a budget is not only possible, but it is also relatively easy. Traveling to Jamaica during the Winter months will save you hundreds or thousands of dollars.

    All-inclusive Accommodations in Montego Bay

I spent five full days in Jamaica, my price included airfare and airport tranfers. I stayed at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay Jamaica. My room had an outdoor soaking tub that was so luxurious. This luxury all-inclusive resort in Jamaica embraces the Jamaican culture, manicured gardens with roaming peacocks, authentic Caribbean food, and afternoon tea traditions. Just a short ferry away lies the resort’s private offshore island with Bali-inspired beach cabanas, a Balinese-style pool with a swim-up bar and whirlpool, relaxing spa, and an authentic Thai restaurant. They even have over-the-water bungalows.

There were so many activities and dining options at the resort, we took full advantage of it and only ventured out with the locals twice. Utilizing all the activities that are available at an all-inclusive resort will help you save money on food and entertainment.

    Chukka Caribbean Adventures

Chukka Caribbean Adventures offers the best of Jamaica, with adventures for all ages. You can fly through the rain-forest hundreds of feet in the air with zip-ling, swim on horseback, explore the countryside on an ATV, or take a relaxing float down a river. We did all of the above. The tour started early in the morning, with a shuttle picking us up from the resort early in the morning. The tour even included a full lunch and a beverage of choice. This was the most adventurous tour I have ever experienced. IRIE!!!!

There are so many local things to do in Jamaica! The culture was out of this world. The air was different. I hope these tips are helpful to you while budgeting for your trip to Jamaica! If you visit Jamaica, tag me in your Instagram stories and photos, because I’d love to see you budgeted your trip to Jamaica. Check out my other Travel posts here.
